At EMR we are proud of our customer service. We understand that when a call is completed and a patient is dropped off at the ER its not over. The customer service ball is then handed over to us to make sure the patients experience with our billing company is as good as the care they received in the back of the ambulance. Patients receive statements that encourage them to call if the have questions or need help with their bill. We have a passionate and caring staff that will take an interest in helping every patient.
